Cancelation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription under our Subscribe and Save program. This cancelation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency that you select during checkout. You can make changes to this frequency anytime.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries automatically on the selected processing date.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it any time prior to an order processing.
Courtesy subscription reminder emails are sent 5 days prior to an order processing in case changes need to be made. You can manage your subscription directly from the reminder email.
Once a subscription order has processed, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Please be sure to review your shipping address before completing your purchase as we do not ship to a P.O. Box address. A physical mailing address is required.
We ship Monday-Wednesday for standard shipping orders placed by 1:00pm EST (excluding holidays). These orders will ship same day. Orders placed after Wednesday 1:00pm EST – Sunday, will process on our next standard shipping day on Monday (excluding holidays).
