Shipping Policy

Please Note: ExeGi Pharma is closed on Monday, September 4th. Therefore, any order originally scheduled to ship on this day will be held to process and ship on Tuesday, September 5th. Please contact info@exegipharma.com with any questions about this modified shipping schedule. 

Shipping Policy-2-Day Shipping

Online consumer orders received by 3:00pm EST Monday through Wednesday will be processed and shipped via carrier two-day shipping the same day in a temperature controlled package. Any online orders received after 3:00pm EST Monday through Tuesday will ship out the following business day. Orders received after Wednesday 3:00 pm EST will ship out the following Monday (holidays excluded). Please see the below table in order to determine when your order will ship with two-day shipping service.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information, once your order has been shipped.

A physical address must be provided during the ordering process since carrier does not deliver to post-office boxes. If an order is undeliverable or not accepted, shipping charges may apply.

*Note: Shipping addresses located in areas considered to be remote, such as the North West Territories, may experience minor delays in delivery outside of the standard two-day window. These delays are contingent upon the carrier's ability to access the shipping address. ExeGi will contact you if we anticipate any delays in the delivery of your order.

 

A signature for delivery is not required, however, it is at the discretion of the carrier driver to leave your package at your door. ExeGi is not responsible for stolen orders.
